Here at Chambers we only use quality assured suppliers. All our beef is hung on the bone for 21 days before butchered to our high quality ensuring all fats and gristles are removed prior to sale.

MacDuff only use their small 'family of farmers' for their retail suppliers. They use no growth promoters. All the beef and lamb is grass fed and is virtually organic reared. Farmers we use are; Robin Spence of Lockerbie, Jim Brown at Airdrie, Jim Warnock at Biggar and Willie Purden at Carluke

Copas
Copas have been supplying free range and organic poultry for 50 years! They have many acres of Berkshire Countryside where you can see their flocks roaming around happily. They have an extremely up to date plant on their farm where they produce 46,000 birds in December only to small retail outlets.
